while beautiful, of course natures beautiful! This image lacks the "wow" factor that you probably saw when you came around the bend and saw it.

Maybe going further back and then zooming right in so that not all of the image is in focus, using a smaller depth of field, or even some clever editing to obscure unneeded details.
Also, the image is over-exposed in the top right and under-exposed in other areas... is this one image or HDR? And if its not HDR, consider using it for any shots that have extremes of light and dark in them.

fantastic shot!!! Beautiful photos from Scotland (finally going again in October). Love your perspectives in all of your shots, and the contrasts, angles, etc. You have a grreat artistic eye!
