I really like this but I keep looking at that crooked steeple. Is that the way it really was? Is that the meaning behind the title?

Very Nice, the Process lends itself to the locations and scape. Makes me want to visit Belgium also,I will put that on the to do list.

Since you requested critique, i felt like i could be a bit of a critic:
I like the composition here, but the fences ends a bit awkwardly even though they are cut at a third.
The right bottom corner is altso warped A LOT, which kinda fits in with the building. I feel the angles are a bit too extreme though.

And i wont comment on the light more than that i don't like overprocessed HDR photos, and that it's too contrasty and has alot of halos as a result.

Why did you use a tripod with a 16mm?
I can easily shoot 1/10 without it with the same camera/lens.
iso 50 is not really needed, it actually is worse than iso 100.
iso 50 is strictly useful in the brightest sunlight and too bright flashes if you dont have ND filters.

If your point is that it is HDR, please try without the tripod, its amazing what shifts and angles that modern HDR processors are capable of.

Sry if you already knew, i just felt like telling you, please dont be mad (:
